This study is sponsored by NBO Pharma and conducted by Engage Health, Inc., an independent health research company. NBO Pharma has developed IIHConnect.com, an online resource dedicated to providing patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with reliable, up-to-date information about Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH).
This survey offers three independent opportunities to support the IIH community. You may choose to participate in one, two, or all three options.
The purpose of this survey is to:
- Identify neurologists, ophthalmologists, and neuro-ophthalmologists who would like to be included in the IIHConnect provider directory, making it easier for patients to locate clinicians with experience treating IIH.
- Invite healthcare professionals to share information about the IIH patient survey with eligible patients to help ensure that future educational resources reflect the experiences and needs of the IIH community. IIH patients who complete the survey will receive a $100 honorarium (via check) as a thank you for their time and participation.
Who can participate?
To be eligible, you must:
- Be a U.S.-based neurologist, ophthalmologist or neuro-ophthalmologist who provides care to patients with IIH.
- Be able to provide informed consent.
- Be willing to complete this web-based survey, which will take approximately 5-10 minutes.
There is no compensation for participating in the directory or this survey.
