Canary Advisors has partnered with Engage Health and Nkarta, Inc. to collect meaningful input from individuals who have received or are enrolled to receive the investigational therapy NKX019 for systemic sclerosis (SSc), idiopathic inflammatory myopathy (IIM), or rheumatoid arthritis (RA) as part of the Ntrust-2 clinical study. This effort is designed to capture aspects of the patient experience that may not be fully reflected through clinical research alone. The insights gathered may help Nkarta better understand patient experiences and preferences and may inform future clinical trial design, efforts to reduce patient and caregiver burden, and the development of materials and communications for clinicians, regulators, payers, and the broader autoimmune community.
