This study is being sponsored by NBO Pharma Inc., a company developing a potential new treatment for idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH), and being conducted by Engage Health, Inc., a health research company.

The objective of this brief survey is to engage healthcare providers in supporting the IIH community in two ways:

• • Join the IIHConnect.com Provider Directory, helping patients identify healthcare professionals experienced in diagnosing and treating IIH.
  • Help increase patient awareness by sharing information about a companion IIH patient survey with eligible patients.

Participation is entirely voluntary, and the survey takes approximately 5–10 minutes to complete. There is no honorarium for participation.
