Engage Health is currently conducting a survey to assess the decision making of Primary Care Physicians in the US regarding the diagnosis, work up and referral process in two specific conditions. The survey will take approximately 45 minutes; you will answer a few demographic questions, and will review two case studies, answering questions about each of them. Your results will be pseudonymized and combined with others to help in the development of education materials for healthcare providers.  Each Primary Care Physician who completes a survey will be paid one $300 fair market value honorarium for their time (paid by check in US dollars) within 5 business days. 

Who is Eligible
-Any primary care physician  (e.g. family practice, general practice, internist) who is currently practicing full time seeing mostly adult patients and who resides in the United States
-You must be able to communicate, provide consent and complete an approximate 45 minute web-based survey in English between now and July 31, 2024.
